Strength Foundation Program: Power Building
Program focusing on adding volume to your kBox flywheel training
The program stretches over 8 weeks with 3 sessions per week. Each session can be done in 45-60 minutes since more resting time between the sets is required. The program is downloadable so that you can plan your training schedule ahead.
To follow the program, you just need:
The kBox flywheel training device
Accessories: kBar, Harness or Hip Belt, foot block or decline board, and kGrips
Flywheels with total inertia of 0.125-0.150 kgm2
