Program Outline

The program stretches over 8 weeks with 3 sessions per week. Each session can be done in 45-60 minutes since more resting time between the sets is required. The program is downloadable so that you can plan your training schedule ahead.

  • To follow the program, you just need:

  • The kBox flywheel training device

  • Accessories: kBar, Harness or Hip Belt, foot block or decline board, and kGrips

  • Flywheels with total inertia of 0.125-0.150 kgm2

  • The kMeter app to track your progression

Here's how it works

  • Training outline

    The majority of the exercises are compound movements such as deadlifts, squats and high pull with complimentary accessory exercises.

  • Sets, reps and inertia

    You will work with different amounts of inertia, reps and tempo throughout the program, this will be clarified for each individual exercise.

  • Re-cycle the program

    After finishing the program, you can start again with the previous programs only adjusting inertia, reps and tempo to your preference.
