Strength Foundation Program: kPulley- bundle course
The Strength Foundation Program: kPulley is the workout program designed for the kPulley flywheel device only. Same effective workout format as in the previous kBox programs.
The program stretches over 12 weeks with 3 sessions per week. Each session can be done in 15-30 minutes depending on your resting time between the sets or if you do the exercises in supersets. The program is downloadable so that you can plan your training schedule ahead.
To follow the program, you just need:

Accessories: Ankle cuffs, kBar and kGrips
Flywheels with total inertia of 0.100 kgm2
The kMeter app - for kPulley2 - to track your progression
