Program Outline

The program stretches over 12 weeks with 3 sessions per week. Each session can be done in 15-30 minutes depending on your resting time between the sets or if you do the exercises in supersets. The program is downloadable so that you can plan your training schedule ahead.

  • To follow the program, you just need:

  • The kPulley flywheel training device

  • Accessories: Ankle cuffs, kBar and kGrips

  • Flywheels with total inertia of 0.100 kgm2

  • The kMeter app - for kPulley2 - to track your progression

Here's how it works

  • Training outline

    The kPulley program differs to the other programs since you will mostly be working in a horisontal direction. Included are both heavier but complimentary accessory exercises.

  • Sets, reps and inertia

    You will work with different amounts of inertia, reps and tempo throughout the program, this will be clarified for each individual exercise.

  • Re-cycle the program

    After finishing the program, you can start all over again only adjusting inertia, reps and tempo to your workouts. And even add to your kBox program.
