The Strength Foundation Program: kBox is designed for anyone looking to develop strength and power in an effective workout format. The program is not limited to any specific resistance but will require you to push yourself and increase inertia progressively over time. The secret lies in the force output.

Program Outline

The program stretches over 12 weeks with 3 sessions per week. Each session can be done in 15-30 minutes depending on your resting time between the sets or if you do the exercises in supersets. The program is downloaded so that you can plan your training schedule ahead.

  • To follow the program, you just need:

  • The kBox flywheel training device

  • Accessories: kBar, Harness or Hip Belt, kGrips and Angle Adjuster

  • Flywheels with total inertia of 0.100 kgm2

  • The kMeter app to track your progression

Here's how it works

  • Training outline

    The majority of the exercises are compound movements such as deadlifts, squats and high pull with complimentary accessory exercises.

  • Sets, reps and inertia

    You will work with different amounts of inertia, reps and tempo throughout the program, this will be clarified for each individual exercise.

  • Re-cycle the program

    After finishing the program, you can start all over again only adjusting inertia, reps and tempo to your workouts.
