The Strength Foundation Program: kBox is designed for anyone looking to develop strength and power in an effective workout format.
The program is not limited to any specific resistance but will require you to push yourself and increase inertia progressively over time. The secret lies in the force output. The program is valid 1-year from purchase date. Program both as downloadable pdf or video session with coach Niko.
Program Outline
The program stretches over 12 weeks with 3 sessions per week. Each session can be done in 15-30 minutes depending on your resting time between the sets or if you do the exercises in supersets. The program is downloadable so that you can plan your training schedule ahead.
