The SFP: kBox is the program for you who want an easy-to-follow and good flywheel structured program.
With the 12-week kBox program
The program stretches over 12 weeks with 3 sessions per week. Each session can be done in 15-30 minutes depending on your resting time between the sets or if you do the exercises in supersets. The program is downloadable so that you can plan your training schedule ahead.
