Strength Foundation Program 2: kBox - bundle course
The Strength Foundation Program 2: kBox is the follow-up program with more workouts in the same effective workout format as in the previous program.
The program stretches over 12 weeks with 4 sessions per week. Each session can be done in 15-30 minutes depending on your resting time between the sets or if you do the exercises in supersets. The program is downloadable so that you can plan your training schedule ahead.
