In this course, Fredrik will take you through the background of the importance of strength, its effect on performance and the need for specific strength. As we dig deeper, the course touch base on flywheel applications, eccentric overload training and discuss what the "ideal tool" may be. The course is ≈1h long and split up into 4 sections.

Fredrik Correa

Fredrik Correa holds a BSc in Sports, is a specialist doctor and co-founder of Exxentric. He has worked as an ice hockey coach for 15 years besides working in gyms and practicing multiple sports himself including ice hockey, track and field and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Today he is a competitive powerlifter.
